   With over 18 years of experience in the beauty industry, Avery is a Licensed Cosmetologist & Certified Make Up Artist with a degree in Multi-Media Make Up Artistry from Make-Up Designory (MUD), New York City.  Her work is defined by a meticulous eye for detail, a modern yet timeless aesthetic & an unwavering commitment to excellence.  Beginning her career behind the chair in salons, Avery refined her technical foundation before relocating to New York City to expand her artistry within the world of professional Hair Styling & Make Up.  There, she gained invaluable experience working alongside top designers and photographers and was invited to participate as a Hair Stylist and Makeup Artist for New York Fashion Week in 2017 & 2018.  

    Her career has since evolved into a highly sought-after freelance practice specializing in luxury Bridal, Editorial & Commercial Hair Styling & Make Up Artistry.  Her work has been featured on the cover & editorial spread of Philadelphia Wedding Magazine & in collaboration with Comcast Business, among others.  She has also worked extensively within high-end studios & salons throughout Bucks County, Montgomery County & Philadelphia ultimately leading her to take the leap into ownership as an entrepreneur.  Illumae Artistry represents the culmination of years of experience, creative growth & a clear vision — to deliver elevated beauty services that feel intentional, refined & personal.
